Marsha MacLean has worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years. Starting out on the administrative side of the business, she then transitioned into an agent and helped start and run an office in Allston by the age of 18. Marsha then graduated from Brandeis University with a Master’s degree in International Finance and Economics.

Marsha MacLean prides herself on being an ethical and experienced real estate professional who is truly dedicated to her clients. She puts her clients first, listening to their wants and needs and then delivering. Her personal and professional experience in the Real Estate industry allows her to share her knowledge with her clients and seamlessly walk them step-by-step through their buying or selling transaction.

Marsha has earned the reputation of a hard worker. In 2002, she joined Pappas Properties in South Boston and was instrumental in selling the Court Square Press and the Macallen Condominiums – totaling over $100 million in sales.

In 2008, she moved to Marion, MA and worked for Converse Company RE selling Real Estate in Dartmouth, Mattapoisett, and Marion. Her ability to understand market trends and clients’ needs made her a very successful broker in the area.

In the Fall of 2013, Marsha, along with her husband and 2 children, returned to Boston to be closer to her family. Having grown up in Brookline, she knows the city and the perks each neighborhood has to offer. Since moving into Boston, Marsha has helped buyers find homes in South Boston, South End, Back Bay, Charlestown, Brookline, Newton, Milton, Marion and Mattapoisett. Her experience selling single family, multi-family and condominiums has helped sellers in Boston and the surrounding suburbs with the quick sale of their homes. She is able to adapt her understanding of the market to many different locations, along with helping Russian clients as she is fluent in the language.

Marsha’s track record speaks for itself: with $20 million in sales in 2016, she has a full understanding of the market for both buyers and sellers. Furthermore, Marsha has been known to broker transactions before they even hit the market.
On the Board of Max Warburg Courage Curriculum and involved with Mass Art, Marsha has built genuine relationships over the years due to her love of theater, art, and education.

Recently, Marsha joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Back Bay and welcomed Laura Springer and Rachel Carlucci Barry to the Marsha MacLean Real Estate Group team. Together, Laura, Rachel and Marsha have great resources to assist clients on the legal, financial, and construction sides of the transactions.

Please feel free to contact the team for a free market analysis or real estate advice. The Marsha MacLean Real Estate Group prides itself on being a professional and going above and beyond to help clients with their real estate needs!
